The easiest step-free route is via the entrance on the Strand. There is wheelchair access to get into the reception, including automated doors. Go straight through the doors, and once you are through reception/security, go straight down the corridor for a few minutes until you see the lifts on your left (after you go past the ‘Great Hall’ on your left and the big stone steps on your right). Take the lift up to the second floor, exit the lift and the chapel is on the right hand side of the corridor, opposite the top of the stone stairs.
